RHUBARB TORTE | |
CRUST: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 2 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons melted butter Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar with 4 tablespoons melted butter in an 9x9-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 2 minutes. FILLING: 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 4 c. sliced rhubarb 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. whipped cream 1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir and cook until thick. Spread on crust. Cool. Whip cream, add marshmallows and spread over rhubarb filling. Prepare vanilla pudding as directed and spread over whipped cream mix. Cover with graham crackers. Cool. |
