1 c. meal
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Roll wieners in mixture. Drop in deep fat fryer of hot oil. Let fry till golden brown.
