GREEK SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 c. pitted ripe olives
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Dash garlic powder

Wash and tear lettuce and combine with onion, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives. To prepare dressing, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Just before serving, toss salad ingredients with dressing. Serves 8.
