GREEK SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broken into sm. pieces
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 cucumber, cleaned & sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
3 tomatoes, quartered
4 radishes, sliced
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper & garlic salt
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1/4 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
8 anchovies
10 kalamata olives

Combine first 8 ingredients. Add vinegar and oil; toss lightly. Garnish with feta-cheese, anchovies and olives. Serves 8.
