PEACH CHEESE PIE 
2 eggs
29 oz. can peaches, drained (reserve juice)
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. juice from peaches

Mix pudding, flour, eggs, milk and butter. Grease glass pan with butter. Pour mixture in pan evenly around sides. Place drained peaches evenly over dough. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and 3 tablespoons juice from peaches. Pour this mixture over peaches on pie. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
