OVEN BEEF STEW 
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. wine or water

Mix all ingredients together in a 1 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees 1 1/2 or 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serves 4.
