BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Mix all dry ingredients (except sugar) together and set aside. Add egg and beat well. Next add dry mixture alternating with milk. Fold in berries. Spread into a Pam-greased 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle on crumb topping. Bake at 375 degrees in a preheated oven for 35 minutes or until done.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix the above topping together until crumbly.
