SALLY'S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted

In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add blueberries; toss to coat. Beat eggs with fork; beat in milk and butter. Add to flour mixture; stir only until blended. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
