BLUEBERRY CAKE 
2 c. white flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3 c. blueberries (raspberries also work well)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, oil, milk and eggs and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. In separate bowl, combine blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and evenly distribute it over the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
