CHICKEN SATE 
2 lbs. chicken filets (tenderized & cut into inch wide strips)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/4 c. green onion or chives (dice onions)
1/4 c. coconut milk or coco lopez
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Soak chicken no longer than 20 minutes. Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers. Grill or broil until done. No longer than 12 minutes (cooks fast). Serve with rice and fresh or grilled veggies.
