CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cut up
4 med. potatoes, quartered
6 carrots, peeled and sliced into thirds
6 ribs celery, sliced into thirds
1 med. onion, sliced
1/3 c. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. garlic powder or garlic salt

Place chicken in roasting pan. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Add 1/2 cup water and soy sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Roast in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. Yield: 4 servings.
