PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. uncooked rice
2 c. tomato juice
Minced celery
Onions
Salt and pepper, to season

Mix all together except for tomato juice. Form into oblong shapes and put in roaster with tight cover. Pour tomato juice over and bake 2 hours. Add hot water during baking if juice boils down.
