COCKTAIL MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly (3/4 c.)

Combine ground chuck, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Form into walnut size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on cookie sheet. About 30 meat balls.

Stir together chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Then add meatballs, cover and simmer about 1/2 hour. Serve warm.
