CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1. 2 (6 oz.) boxes instant Jello vanilla pudding mix
2. 1 c. confectioners' sugar
3. 3 c. milk
4. 1 box graham crackers
5. 16 oz. Cool Whip
1 can fudge frosting

Combine pudding, sugar, and milk. Layer in 9 x 12 inch pan: 1. Graham crackers (whole). 2. 1/2 of pudding mix. 3. Layer of graham crackers. 4. Remainder of pudding mixture. 5. Layer of graham crackers. 6. Chocolate frosting on top. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. (Keeps well in freezer).
