POPCORN CAKE 
3 qt. popcorn, popped
1 (14 oz.) pkg. M & M candy
1 1/2 c. roasted peanuts
1 1/2 c. roasted pecans
1 (16 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Melt butter and butter; add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted and creamy. Pour over dry ingredients until well coated. Pour into well greased tube pan. Must set overnight. Remove from pan.
