Chicken breast
Blue cheese or Swiss cheese
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Ham (sandwich meat)
Mustard
Italian bread crumbs

Slice chicken breast to make a pocket. Add seasoning, mustard, ham and cheese in the pocket, cover and dredge in bread crumbs. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in dish, cover with foil and bake 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending how many or how big your chicken breast is.
