VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheese, shredded
1 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter

Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and cheese in large mixing bowl. Put in a buttered 2 quart casserole. Add butter to crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Makes 10 or more servings.
