VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 sm. head cauliflower, diced
1 sm. bunch green onion, chopped
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 c. celery, diced
1 (8 oz.) bottle Caesar dressing

Cook broccoli and peas in boiling salted water 3 minutes. Drain and cool. Mix cauliflower, green onion, chestnuts and celery. Toss with dressing. Add broccoli and peas.
