UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 pkg. butter yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding and pie filling
1 can fruit cocktail including syrup
1 c. coconut
4 eggs

Mix all together beat 4 minutes with mixer. Pour in cake pan. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts (chopped). Sprinkle on top cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.

BUTTER GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Boil 2 minutes. Stir in 1/3 cup coconut. Spoon hot butter glaze over cake.
