I am going to experiment with this - as I think it could be good. Am going to crock pot (that covers the long slow simmer)... going to cut the brown sugar in 1/2 as full tablespoon seems like too much for one can... fry the bacon and crumble into the rest of ingredients, since this is not specific. I am all for saving money and think this could work out great. Thank you for submitting!
