CHICKEN WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken
1 pkg. Fritos

Bake, broil or boil chicken. remove skin and debone. Crush Fritos in bottom of a casserole dish. Lay chicken over crushed chips. Top with cheese sauce.

CHEESE SAUCE:

Melt 2 pounds Velveeta cheese in saucepan. Add 1 can chopped Rotel. Pour over chicken.
