PEANUT BUTTER DANDY CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar

Cream eggs, sugar and oil. Add flour alternately with milk and vanilla. Beat well. Pour on greased cookie sheet with sides (15 x 11 inch pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While still hot, spread on peanut butter. Cool in refrigerator.

Melt Hershey bar and 1 teaspoon oil in double boiler or microwave oven. Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate again until chocolate sets. When cool cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
