PEANUT BUTTER DANDY CAKE | |
4 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 2 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter 1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar Cream eggs, sugar and oil. Add flour alternately with milk and vanilla. Beat well. Pour on greased cookie sheet with sides (15 x 11 inch pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While still hot, spread on peanut butter. Cool in refrigerator. Melt Hershey bar and 1 teaspoon oil in double boiler or microwave oven. Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate again until chocolate sets. When cool cut into squares. |
