LOW CALORIE FRUIT PIZZA 
3 pkgs. layer refrigerator biscuits
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. soft cream cheese with pineapple
60 halved strawberries
60 slices kiwi
3 jars all fruit apricot jelly

Divide each biscuit in half; place on baking sheet and bake according to directions. When cool, spread with 1 teaspoon cream cheese and top with fruit. Heat jelly in microwave until pourable. May need to add small amount of water. Spoon over fruit.

Per each: 115 calories, 1.3 grams protein, 13.0 grams carbohydrate, 160 milligrams sodium, 4.5 grams fat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
