1 c. non-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
6 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. sliced scallions

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and salt. Add to cabbage, carrots, and scallions. Toss well and serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
