JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients and blueberries alternately with milk. Fill 12 muffin cups to top. Sprinkle sugar on top of muffins before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
