LAYERED SALAD 
1 head of lettuce
1 med. red onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. head of cauliflower, broken into small pieces
1 (8 to 12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
12 to 16 oz. bacon, fried and crumbled
Ranch dressing

Pull lettuce apart and line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or other salad bowl; layer all ingredients in order show; spread dressing over entire top, making sure it "seals" the other ingredients inside. Do not toss until ready to serve. Cover and store in refrigerator. This can be made the day before.
