CARROT PUDDING 
5 eggs
2 oz. sugar
2 oz. butter
Nutmeg
Mace
Cloves
Sifted carrots

Mix together a coffee cup of boiled, sifted carrots, 5 eggs, sugar, butter, and spices to taste. Bake in a deep dish, 425 degrees, for 10-15 minutes.
