HUMMUS 
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. oil
2 cans chick peas, drained
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. tahini

Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill. Serve with sprinkle of olive oil and paprika on top.
