ICED CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3 or 4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix to boil vegetable oil, butter, cocoa and water. Combine flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Add milk, baking soda and vinegar. Add boiled chocolate mixture to flour and milk mixture and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Icing:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
6 to 8 tbsp. milk
1/2 lb. (1/2 box) confectioners' sugar

Bring to a boil butter, cocoa and milk. Then add 1/2 box confectioners' sugar. Mix well and pour over cake. Bake cake 5 minutes longer.
