MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/2 lb. macaroni, cooked & drained
1 tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (mixed with 1 tsp. water)
Shake or two of Tabasco (opt.)
3 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Toss macaroni in butter. Add rest of ingredients, reserving some of the cheddar cheese for the top. Shake on some Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is crusty.
