BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. sharp cheese
White sauce

Cook macaroni and place half in a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt and part of grated cheese; repeat. Pour white sauce over casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes covered, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
