FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf unsliced white bread
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
Confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/4 c. bacon grease or oil
Butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Slice bread into 8 (3/4 inch) slices. Beat eggs with milk, Grand Marnier, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well blended. Dip each piece of bread into liquid mixture until well saturated; place in a flat baking dish.
