FLORIDA ORANGE PIE 
1 c. orange juice
1 c. cut orange sections
2 tbsp. orange rind
5 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine ingredients and cook until clear. Add little of above to 3 beaten egg yolks and pour back into hot mixture and cook about 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Blend in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 tablespoons butter. Pour into baked pie shell. Shell and filling need to both be cold or both be hot. Make meringue from the 3 egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar. Bake until light brown.

Very attractive when serving Florida Orange, Lemon and Key Lime Pie at the same time, like Easter.
