3 c. diced zucchini
1 sm. onion, diced
Pinch parsley
1 clove garlic, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick

Mix all of above ingredients. Then add 1/2 cup oil. Bake in 13"x9" greased pan at 350 degrees for 24 to 35 minutes. This recipe can be cut in half and baked in a brownie size pan.
