GARLIC SHRIMP 
In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add 4 cloves finely chopped garlic and 3/4 pound shelled and deveined shrimp (leave tails on). Cook stirring 2 or 3 minutes until shrimp turn pink and curl up. Remove from heat, stir in 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Makes 4 servings.
