ROASTED CORN 
4 ears sweet corn
1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 or 2 tsp. instant bouillon
1/4 c. butter

Remove husks and silk from corn; rinse and dry. In saucepan, dissolve bouillon in butter. Brush corn with mixture. Wrap each ear securely in aluminum foil. Grill over hot coals 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently. Remove from grill, open foil, brush with additional butter. Serve immediately. This is good with boiled corn also.
