3 med. sweet potatoes, washed, peeled and boiled
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 can unsweetened condensed milk

Beat together in a large bowl until well blended. Pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes until top is slightly brown.
