FRUIT PIZZA 
1. Grease a lipped pizza pan.

2. Take a Pillsbury sugar cookie roll and press onto pizza pan. Bake it per package directions. Don't overbake. You want it to be chewy.

3. Mix together:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese

4. Spread above on cooled cookie crust.

5. Arrange fruit on top of cheese spread. For example outer ring could be peaches, next bananas, next cherry pie filling, next blueberries, next strawberries, working your way in circles towards middle.

6. Top with glaze (made ahead) :

1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch (or a little more)
1/2 c. sugar

Mix and boil 2 minutes. Will be too much. Spread over whole pie. NOTE: Can do steps 1-4 day ahead Can do steps 5-6 few hours ahead.
