SUMMER FRUIT PIE 
This is a huge favorite with my family and friends!

PIE SHELL:

1 frozen ready to bake shell (Pillsbury)

Prepare pie shell according to directions on package. Set aside and allow to cool while preparing the filling.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and orange juice in a large bowl until fluffy. Spoon out filling into the cooled pie crust.

TOPPING:

1 pint fresh strawberries
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 jar red current jelly (optional)

Rinse and cut strawberries into quarters the place all fruit on top of the filling. Drizzle red current jelly on top of fruit, if desired.

Let stand in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
