BARBECUED BEEF RIBS 
3 lb. ribs
2 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cover ribs with water, boil until done. Cool. Separate lean meat. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer until celery and onion are done.
