COFFEE TORTONI 
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. almonds chopped and toasted
2 Hershey bars with almonds

Sliver Hershey Bars and put aside for toppings. Beat egg whites with instant coffee and salt until stiff but not dry. Gradually beat in 4 tablespoons sugar and continue beating until stiff and satiny. Whip cream, add sugar, vanilla and almond extract; continue beating until stiff.

Fold cream mixture and 1/2 cup almonds into egg whites. Spoon into 8 stemmed dessert dishes. Sprinkle tops with slivers of Hershey Bars and remaining almonds. Freeze quickly. Wrap each tortoni separately in plastic wrap. Excellent do ahead dessert for large dinner party.
