QUICHE LORRAINE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. cold water

Mix well. Roll out to fit 9 inch pie plate. Lightly prick. Prebake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Set aside.

SPRINKLE OVER CRUST:

1/4 c. minced onion
3 slices sandwich ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

FILLING:

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour (mix with milk)
1/2 tsp. ground basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour over ham and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
