SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 lb. steak
1/4 lb. salted pork
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. white wine
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
1/2 c. grated romano

Brown meat in garlic then add wine and simmer 10 minutes. Add other ingredients and cook about 1 1/2 hours on medium heat stirring occasionally.
