BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE 
3 c. blueberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. plain flour
1/8 tsp. salt

Place berries in greased casserole, sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and 1/2 the sugar. Blend butter, remaining sugar and salt in a bowl. Crumble dough with hands. Sprinkle over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve plain or with ice cream.
