PIE DOUGH RECIPE | |
4 c. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. Crisco 1/2 c. water Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Blend in Crisco. Mix together egg, water and vinegar. Add to Crisco mixture. Divide into 4 portions. Refrigerate 30 minutes before using. You may freeze balls of dough. Don't refrigerate if freezing. To thaw, take out of freezer for a couple of hours then roll out for pie. |
