LOW CALORIE PECAN PIE | |
1 (3.5 oz) box vanilla pudding 1 cup white corn syrup or agave syrup 3/4 cup can evaporated non-fat milk 1/8 cup chopped pecans Unbaked pie shell Combine vanilla pudding, syrup and milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
