HOT DEVILED BEEF WEDGES 
8 English muffins
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (4 1/4 oz.) deviled ham
1/4 c. butter
1/4 lb. blue cheese, crumbled

Split muffins with fork, toast lightly under broiler. While hot, spread with butter. Combine ground beef and deviled ham. Spread meat mixture on muffin halves. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese. Cut halves into quarter wedges. Broil a few minutes until cheese is bubbly and meat done to desired degree. Makes 64 wedges.
