1 box (12.7 oz.) Oh's Crunch Nut cereal
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
25 big marshmallows

Place cereal and chips in large bowl and set aside. Over medium heat, melt butter. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until marshmallows are melted. Pour over cereal and chips. Mix together quickly. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan; press down firmly. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
