PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. sugar 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 c. chopped dates 1 c. oil 1/3 c. water 2 c. canned pumpkin 4 eggs Mix dry ingredients together and stir in nuts and dates. Mix oil, water, pumpkin and eggs well and add to dry ingredients. Grease and flour four bread pans and divide batter evenly. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour; cool on rack after removing from pans.
