“PUMPKIN BREAD” IS IN:

PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil (or 1/2 oil, 1/2 melted butter)
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
1 tbsp. dark rum (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two loaf pans.

In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugars, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger.

Stir together remaining ingredients and add to the dry ingredients in bowl.

Beat for 30 seconds and pour batter into the prepared loaf pans. Bake 60 to 65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
